Most poultry plants run standard cuts at standard sizes. Kilofresh was set up to do the opposite: take the specification a distributor, foodservice operator, or further processor actually needs, and produce it consistently, week after week.

Our team comes from decades in the Toronto meat trade — with roots in a family business supplying restaurants and butcher counters across the GTA since 1971. Kilofresh brings that same customer-first approach to federally inspected poultry processing, with the licensing to ship anywhere in Canada.

From our facility at 63 Skagway Avenue in Scarborough, we handle whole bird programs, portion cutting, deboning and trimming, and custom pack formats — all under a HACCP-based food safety program with full lot traceability.
